NOTE! Please refer to the instructions on how to properly attach the pad. The three tabs-slots must be matched together, and the pad must be firmly stuck on the mop head to avoid this issue. Why does the lid come off when the bucket is lifted? There are two handles, but the larger one is the real lift-handle, while the thinner one printed with "LOCK" is a lock to secure the lid in the bucket. Simply use the lift-handle to move the bucket, and the top lid won't come off.

"Dirty" water flowing into "Clean" water? The bucket is designed with a "WASH" and "DRY" separate system. The DRY part is only for you to squeeze out extra water after washing the wet mop, so the water would be "dirty" into "dirty."

Why is the mop head difficult to insert into the bucket? Firstly, fill water into the WASH chamber and wet the mop. The dry mop can be harder to insert, but this is normal, especially during the first few uses. Please push down with some strength, and tilting the mop at an angle may also help.
